Mr. Justice GRAY delivered the opinion of the court.

This is an appeal by the defendant, W.F. Schunk, from an order and judgment of the trial court decreeing a final settlement of the respective interests of the parties, as partners, in a dissolved medical partnership. The difficulties of the partners in dissolving and winding up the affairs of this partnership were before us on two previous occasions, Thickman v. Schunk, Wyo., 391 P.2d 939
