MORRISON, Judge.

The offense is murder; the punishment, death.

Appellant's first ground of error is that the court refused to make available to him at the pre-trial hearing all of the testimony of the State's witnesses who appeared before the Grand Jury and all pre-trial statements made by all of the witnesses for the State in his case.
