This writ of error, granted National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, brings under review a judgment based upon a jury verdict in the sum of $38,893.00 awarded George L. Bruce, the plaintiff, for the gross negligence of Donald F. Divers, the defendant.
