This suit resulted from certain transactions between plaintiffs-appellants and Campbell Grain and Milling Company, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as Milling Company) now bankrupt. The defendants include some of the directors of the milling company and the personal representative of John Campbell, deceased, who, during his lifetime, was a director, president and managing officer of the milling company.
