Appellants were charged in a five count indictment with possessing an unregistered still, 26 U.S.C.A. § 5601(a) (1), producing distilled spirits, 26 U.S.C.A. § 5601(a) (8), carrying on the business of a distiller without giving bond, 26 U.S.C.A. § 5601(a) (4), making and fermenting mash fit for distillation, 26 U.S. C.A. § 5601(a) (7), and working at an illicit distillery, 26 U.S.C.A. § 5681(c). Each was found guilty on all counts...
