This appeal is taken from a decree of the trial court dismissing appellant's complaint seeking to set aside a deed dated August 17, 1956, from one E. E. Hodges and his wife, Olga, to appellee Hazel Ella Helms, one of their seven children living at the time of the execution of the deed.1
