This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County allowing the appellee, a widow of a deceased workman, to participate in the State Insurance Fund for death benefits.

The petition alleges that as a direct and proximate result of the occurrence (the surgery necessitated by the injuries sustained) the decedent was disabled until the time of his demise on December 5, 1965, and would have been entitled...
