This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 1, 2, 4 and 5 in appellant's application1 as "unpatentable over the claims of Haas2 in view of Sawdey, Van Allan et al. or Tulagin et al."

The invention relates to an improvement in a process of forming a dye image in an image-receiving layer by diffusion transfer techniques.
