Eugene and Noble Jarvis were separately found guilty in the Municipal Court of Newport in Jackson County, Arkansas, on two separate charges of selling or giving intoxicants to minors. They each were fined $150.00 and costs in the Municipal Court and appealed to the Jackson County Circuit Court where the cases were consolidated by agreement.
