Wilbur Post sustained personal injuries when the fan (impeller) of an industrial vacuum cleaner disintegrated while he was using it in the course of his duties at the Crescent Hill Pumping Station of the Louisville Water Company. The cleaner had been furnished to the water company by a local dealer for appellee. A jury returned a verdict in favor of appellee in Post's suit.
