The jury found for the defendant in plaintiff's $17,500 damage suit and she appeals. Her first amended petition charged that in descending a short flight of outside steps at defendant's residence she lost her balance and fell because of a wobbly handrail which defendant maintained in an insecure condition without warning to plaintiff.
