Schneider appeals from judgments entered n. o. v. by the United States District Court of Nebraska on a jury verdict of $40,000 for injuries and damages arising out of laceration of his right eye when it came into contact with the left front vent window of his 1960 Valiant automobile.1 The automobile was manufactured by defendant Chrysler Corporation, and distributed by defendant Chrysler Motors...
