Two cases, consolidated for trial in the district court, concern the ownership and right to possession of the Andies group of 21 unpatented mining claims in Lincoln County. The target of each case is a 78 year old Nevada prospector, Charles Anderson, and the heirs of his boyhood friend Rubin Robinson.
