Appellant (Banner) entered into a contract with appellee (Elm) for purchase of a lot in Montgomery County containing approximately 60,000 square feet for the sum of $18,000.00, computed at the rate of $.30 per square foot. Banner was employed as a real estate salesman by a broker in the area.
