Harry Junior Williams appeals from a conviction order sentencing him to death for first degree murder.

Williams was arrested November 10, 1966 on a warrant charging him with the murder of James Melvin Sarver and, shortly thereafter, was brought before the judge of the county court for a preliminary hearing. At the hearing the attorney for the Commonwealth introduced the testimony of three witnesses...
