Frank Jacquez, plaintiff, appeals the decision of the Santa Fe District Court denying him total permanent disability under the Workmen's Compensation Act of the State of New Mexico.

Plaintiff alleged he sustained accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment for Robert M. McKinney, and that the injury occurred in the process of his holding up a tractor loader, the hydraulic pressure being released...
