The appellant was found guilty by a general verdict under a three count indictment charging possession of a narcotic drug, control of a narcotic drug and possession of narcotic paraphernalia in the Criminal Court of Baltimore by the court sitting without a jury and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of three years.
