KELLY, Associate Judge:

We review a final order of the Director of Motor Vehicles revoking petitioner's privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the District of Columbia.

By final order of March 27, 1967, petitioner's operating privileges were revoked because of an accumulation of points for speeding violations. The original order was entered January 31, 1967 after a hearing without counsel. Petitioner had received tickets for excessive speed on three occasions...
