SHRIVER, Judge.

Appellant, Charles R. Crafton, filed suit in Circuit Court of Maury County against Will Wall Edwards, to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been received in an automobile accident wherein the vehicle driven by Crafton was struck in the rear by the vehicle driven by Edwards.
