On February 16, 1968, this Court filed its Memorandum of Decision reversing the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare's determination that plaintiff was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act. The case was remanded to the Secretary with directions to grant plaintiff disability benefits in conformity with the Court's decision.
