S. and Pauline Lambert are the owners of 366 acres of land adjacent to Beaver Reservoir in Benton County. A 10-acre tract near the center of their acreage had previously been deeded to an Arkansas corporation, Bevark Investment Company, Inc. The Lamberts entered into a contract with Bevark, William E.
