Defendants were found guilty by a jury of two counts of perjury (Pen. Code, § 118). They appeal from the judgments of conviction.

Defendants are husband and wife. Bruce Grinnell is an attorney at law specializing in estate work, and Pandora Grinnell is his office secretary and bookkeeper.
