SNELL, Justice.

Operating a motor vehicle upon the public highway while driving privilege has been suspended or revoked is proscribed by section 321.218, Code of Iowa. Upon conviction of violating the statute imprisonment for not less than two days or more than thirty days is mandatory.

Defendant was charged under the statute, tried, found guilty by a jury and sentenced.
