Defendant Reuben Rose & Co. Inc. moves to dismiss the complaint herein upon the ground that it fails to state a cause of action, and secondly, upon the ground that the alleged cause of action is barred by the three-year Statute of Limitations.

Plaintiff claims that the corporate defendant committed a breach of contract and that the six-year Statute of Limitations applies.
