Defendant was stopped by a State Trooper on the Pennsylvania Turnpike for speeding. While defendant does not believe he was exceeding the speed limit based upon his estimates of time required to cover certain distances, we believe the radar clocking of defendant's speed at 82 miles per hour was accurate and more reliable than defendant's judgment of time and distances.
