PER CURIAM.

This appeal is from a final judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of appellees in appellant's suit for personal injuries. Such injuries were sustained when appellant, two years old at the time, ran into the path of a truck owned by appellee Letsinger and being operated by appellee Fountain. Appellant assigns as error the trial court's decision to instruct the jury on the Sudden Emergency Doctrine.
