This is an action under section 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, against a union for damages caused by breach of a no-strike clause in a collective bargaining agreement. The district court stayed the action pending arbitration demanded by the union pursuant to another provision in the agreement and the company appeals. Jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S. C. § 1292(a).
