Goucher College, the appellant, found below that this case is legally a sow's ear which could not be made into a silk purse, despite the earnest, untiring and skilled efforts in its behalf to have rezoned from residential to business twenty-five acres of its land (the acreage) at the northeast corner of Dulaney Valley Road and Fairmount Avenue, north of Towson, in order to permit its sale to Hochschild Kohn and Sears...
