BARNETTE, Judge.

This is a suit for liquidated damages and attorney's fees under the terms of a building repair contract between plaintiff, Community Construction Company, Inc., the contractor, and Salvador Governale, the owner. The plaintiff seeks recovery of $247, together with an additional 25 percent of that amount as attorney's fees. The trial court rendered judgment for defendant and dismissed plaintiff's suit at its cost. The plaintiff has appealed.
