The Board seeks enforcement of its order that respondent is guilty of violating § 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by threatening, coercing and restraining employees during an organizational campaign, and of §§ 8(a) (3) and (1) by discriminatory discharge of an employee, and that respondent is required to bargain with the union.1
