Appellant, the insured, brought suit against the insurer on a fire insurance policy covering stock in a furniture store. The policy limit was $100,000.00, but an endorsement required the insured to file monthly reports of inventory and provided that if the first such report was delinquent when a loss occurred, the limit of liability would be $75,000.00.
