The appeal in this case stems from a collision that occurred when the driver of one automobile attempted to make a left turn at an intersection of city streets where traffic was restricted to one direction and the driver of another automobile attempted to pass to the left instead of to the right of the turning automobile with intent to cross to the other side of the intersection.
