This is a declaratory judgment suit filed by the widow of Thomas P. Marler, Deceased, pursuant to T.C.A. § 23-1101 et seq. The suit was originally filed against Charles L. Claunch and The American National Bank and Trust Company of Chattanooga, Tennessee, as Executors; but, thereafter, the deceased's two daughters were joined as defendants on motion to amend by the complainant.
