On November 24, 1965, Cooper Stevedoring of Louisiana, Inc. ("Cooper"), a Louisiana corporation, filed a libel in this Court against Admiralty Lines, Ltd. ("Admiralty"). Cooper sought to recover $56,069.48 due it from Admiralty for stevedoring services performed by Cooper at Admiralty's request.
