HARRISON, Justice.

This controversy in a child custody case raises questions involving the jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia and the applicability of the Full Faith and Credit Clause of the United States Constitution. The appellant, Frank Falco, was awarded an appeal from a final decree entered in the court below whereby the custody of Carmella Arica Falco, an infant, was awarded to appellees, Wallace G. Grills and Barbara S. Grills, his wife.
