NORTHCUTT, Justice.

This suit was brought by Aircraftsmen, Inc. against Jay Kirkman et al. to set aside as fraudulent two deeds conveying property which may for convenience be designated as the 4th Street property and the Bonham Street property. Since Aircraftsmen, Inc. has abandoned its claim against the Bonham Street property as being homestead property, we will hereafter consider only the 4th Street property. The case was tried before the court without a jury....
