NYE, Justice.

Appellees brought suit to enjoin the reconstruction of a proposed new electric transmission line across their property. On a trial before the court without a jury the appellant Central Power and Light Company was enjoined from installing on appellees' land under its easement, (1) any poles taller than the existing ones, (2) cables or wires at higher level than the existing ones and (3) more than twelve poles.
