This is a suit to recover damages sustained by loss of the benefit of the bargain in a contract with reference to the purchase of thirty-eight pieces of bowling alley equipment known as pinspotters. Count 1 of the complaint alleges fraud in the inducement of the contract, and Count 2 is based on breach of warranty.
