This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment holding the American Insurance Company, a New Jersey corporation, liable to Synvar Corporation, a Delaware corporation, upon a comprehensive liability insurance policy for the payment of certain claims asserted by adjacent property owners against Synvar as a result of several explosions in Synvar's plaint.
