RABINOWITZ, Justice.

In the trial court appellee John Sexton instituted an action for the dissolution of a partnership he had entered into with appellant Lloyd Levi.1 In his complaint appellee requested that the court appoint a receiver to manage the partnership's bar and hotel business; that an accounting be undertaken; that the partnership's assets be liquidated to satisfy liabilities; and that the partnership be dissolved.
