The plaintiff in her complaint alleges that she is an eighteen year old girl and was riding as a guest passenger in a 1962 model Chevrolet automobile operated by the defendant Jenkins about 3:00 p. m., 19 July 1966, in a southerly direction on Dockery Road in Buncombe County.
