Plaintiff filed this proceeding against the Orleans Parish School Board (hereinafter referred to as the "School Board") seeking to reverse the action of the defendant in removing him from his position as a teacher in the New Orleans Public Schools. The School Board filed exceptions of (a) no right of action and (b) no cause of action to plaintiff's petition.
