This is an appeal from the First Judicial District of Hinds County. Plaintiffs below sought damages for the death of Ray Oglesby, Jr. who was fatally injured when struck by an automobile driven by Olen McKay, the agent of Bagby Hall Motors, Inc. The accident occurred when Oglesby was walking across South State Street.
