This is an appeal from a summary judgment. Plaintiffs brought suit against defendants in trespass to try title to recover an undivided one-third interest in a tract of 215 2/3 acres of land situated in Anderson County, Texas, and for an accounting of all oil and gas produced therefrom. Defendants entered a plea of not guilty and affirmatively asserted title to said land by adverse possession under the five, ten and twenty-five year statutes of limitations...
