KELLEY, Justice.

Egbert and Genevieve Deerfield brought this action to recover the sum of $2110 paid as a purported broker's commission to the Circle T Corporation. The trial court entered judgment for this sum against the corporation and its licensed broker, Robert E. Allen. To reverse the judgment of the trial court the corporation and Allen sued out this writ of error.
