The plaintiffs' (appellees') motion for summary judgment was granted in a trespass to try title suit to recover an undivided one-fourth (¼th) of all the oil, gas and other minerals in, on or under, and that may be produced from 1,029½ acres, more or less, in Parker County, Texas.
