This is a declaratory judgment action. There are two plaintiffs and two defendants. The plaintiffs are a German manufacturer of bag machinery and a United States machinery distributor. The defendants are Laguerre, a national of France and the inventor and owner of two United States patents covering a type of plastic bag and handle combination, and C-Thru Products, Inc., the exclusive licensee of Laguerre to make...
