The husband has taken this appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County granting the wife a divorce a mensa et thoro, awarding her custody of the three minor children born of the marriage, support for the children, alimony and $1250 counsel fee.

The parties are United States citizens of Chinese descent, both are refined, sensitive and well educated...
