Defendant was 17 1/2 years old at the time he was brought into juvenile court on a petition alleging him to be a delinquent child and charging that he had committed the crime of burglary. The juvenile court, by order entered February 10, 1961, transferred jurisdiction and remanded defendant to superior court for trial as an adult.
