Plaintiff prosecutes this action to recover on the double indemnity provision in her husband's life insurance policy with the defendant. The insured paid $250.10 per annum for the ordinary life coverage of $5,000.00. This feature of the policy is without restriction, as to cause of death, after the policy was in effect for two years.
